Even as a vegetarian in my early 20’s and then vegan at 41, I was still following the advice of eat less and less in order to try and achieve results, without much thought to the nutrition of my food.

I know that it is through my nutrition and lifestyle habits that I was able to navigate midlife without weight gain, while feeling energetic, strong, healthy and confident in my body.

At almost 59 I feel better today than I did in my 30’s.
